We understand that for many people building a bike can be daunting and therefore to make your experience more enjoyable we have created some great support videos to talk you through each step of assembling your new Falcon bike.

My brakes are not working properly, what can I do?
Once you have bought a Falcon bike, we want to ensure you continue to get enjoyment out of it for years to come. To help you maintain your bike in great working order, we have created some simple to follow support videos to talk you through maintaining each element of your Falcon bike.

Having problems with your bike?
Please also note we only hold information on our current range of cycles (and models up to 2 years old) and therefore will be unable to help check specifications or supply parts for older bikes or provide old decals for them.
For information upon our older models and bicycles from yester-year, especially if you are looking a restoring one of our old classics like the ‘Team Banana’ or San Remo’ we recommend visiting the experts at www.retrobike.co.uk
We work closely with our carefully selected retail partners to resolve any issues and keep you out riding. In the unfortunate case that you have a problem with setting up your bike, or setting the brakes and gear, then we recommend that you check out our help videos in the “Customer Support” section of the website.
